Obtaining a real estate license is easy; being a real estate agent is hard work. It is waking up everyday unemployed, motivating yourself to move, and digging deep some days to find the drive to succeed. Success is earned every moment of everyday.
My company had its 2017 Kickoff this week. This is the meeting where past goals are celebrated, projections are delivered and awards handed to a select few. This year, my goal was to beat last year. The 2015 goal was to beat 2014. You get the picture. The cool thing about my job is that I compete with my yesterday self. I wake up and tell myself to be better, do more, go the distance, reach the goal MORE than I did yesterday. With that mindset, success is obtainable.
The key to long term success is referrals. Referrals come from happy clients. Happy clients come from diligent work and devotion to serving others. My clients are the best! I'm thankful to report that over half of my business in 2016 was referral based...BIG THANKS TO MY RAVING FANS!!!
Abraham Lincoln once said, " I walk slowly, but I never walk backward." How cool to see the progress and growth from just the past 3 years!

With 2015 coming to an end many are staring to make their predictions
